A-1 Wireless is a wireless franchise based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, that has been in business since 1989. They have five branches across South Carolina, and are currently in partnership with T-Mobile. As a T-Mobile partner, they can offer the best deals available, and as a local business they also excel at customer service and advice.

We spoke with Robert Keyser, Director of Sales and Operations at A-1 Wireless, about what loyalty means to him and how LoyalBlocks is helping A-1 Wireless achieve its business goals. "Loyalty means everything today," said Robert. "There are so many different places people can buy the same products, so at the end of the day it's not the product but the service and the people helping them that will keep people coming back."

A-1 Wireless has nearly 800 LoyalBlocks club members across their four stores, and they're growing every day. They've set up some great Status and achievement rewards - discounts on accessories, screen protectors, and car chargers. They also offer rewards for people coming back with friends and visiting the store during slower hours.
