New Space, New Bots and the Mobile Top 10

It's been an exciting quarter here at flok. We've rolled out an enhanced loyalty program for a national retailer (Banana Republic Factory), were featured as a top 10 mobile-offline activation by Mobile Commerce Daily, upgraded office space in NYC to handle rapid growth, launched our Instagram and even invented the weed bot. Here are some highlights:

 

Mobile Commerce Daily: Top 10 Mobile-Offline Activations in Q2

Banana Republic Factory experimented with a new loyalty program within 40 store locations that lives on mobile to streamline bricks-and-mortar shopping experience by merging rewards and artificial intelligence capability. The Gap Inc., owned discount retailer tapped a third-party loyalty platform, flok, in the test for the program it named Perks! Launching on Father’s Day, users on the flok application were then able to earn rewards and engage with the brand at store locations.

 

AdWeek: California Marijuana Dispensary Is Using Bots to Understand Customers' Preferences

Over the past couple of months, Canna Freedom—a dispensary located in Monterey, Calif.,—has been experimenting with a chat bot within Flok, a mobile app that works with 50,000 businesses to power their loyalty programs to improve customer service and understand what types of products customers are interested in.
